Cancellation requested within seven days of the original payment receives $300 back; after seven days, the refund is $270. Requested refunds are processed and paid within 24 hours. No. The flat $300 transportation fee is separate and covers home delivery throughout the contiguous United States, the travel crate, and carrier charges.

Transition food, a care folder and calendar, and a mother-scented blanket where suitable. The folder contains care records, available registration and pedigree paperwork, microchip details, and individual care needs.

Yes. The full policy provides a one-time purchase-price refund for a congenital or inherited condition whether you keep or return your puppy. Eligibility, records, and deadlines still apply.
